Be Grounded Blend was created to help get your head out of the clouds so that you can focus on the task at hand. It is intended to ground and center to improve focus rather than stimulate to improve focus.

Be Grounded includes Cedarwood, Lavender, Chamomile, Frankincense, and Vetiver. These are oils that slow the overactive mind in order to encourage prolonged, more relaxed productivity.

Use as needed throughout the day. Be Grounded can be misted on the face and body, as well as clothing. The essential oils are inhaled where they go straigh to work on the sensory areas of the brain.
