Cleansing grains are a natural granular exfoliant to be used by themselves or added to your cleansers and masks. Exfoliation helps to increase the skins natural turnover rate - which slows naturally as we age. It also removes extra dead skin cells that build up on the surface of the skin and impede the absorption of beneficial serums and moisturizers.

I have a favorite cleanser that I love to use but sometimes I want it to have a little more kick. Cleansing grains can be added so that I get just a little bit of natural scrub. They are soft enough that they can be used every other day and have just enough grit to remove dead skin cells.

Cleansing grains are made with natural organic cornmeal, organic garbanzo flour, and colloidal oatmeal. They are completely natural and contain no preservatives, parabens, or toxic ingredients.

To use cleansing grains take a small amount in your palm and mix with a few drops of warm water. Apply to the skin in a gentle circular motion. Remove with warm water. Add to your cleanser in the same way and cleanse in small circular motions. To use with a mask apply the mask and allow it to set. When you are ready to remove the mask mix cleansing grains with a small amount of water and mix it into the mask in small gentle circular motions. This works especially well with the Pumpkin Enzyme or other enzyme masks.
