Fennel is a culinary herbaceous essential oil with a fresh, bright scent similar to licorice or star anise.

The most common use for fennel is to assist with digestion. It can be used in blends thatyou would use as a mist, or add a few drops to a tissue to keep in your pocket if you are feeling nauseated.
