Be At Ease is a blend created to calm the overactive mind and naturally balance nervous tension and feelings of anxiousness. Lavender Geranium, and Neroli are all used for reducing agitation and nervous system fatigue. They ease the transition out of the overstimulated, fight or flight response pattern that becomes a habit, and back into a relaxed normal state.

The aroma of this blend is bright and citrus with a herbaceous undertone that comes from the Lavender. Neroli and Geranium give it a soft, sweet floral edge.

This is yet another blend that I like to use sprinkled on the sleeve of my shirt, or on a tissue so that I can inhale it throughout the day. It can set the mood for a whole room if used in an aromatherapy diffuser, and works well mixed with a carrier oil for massage (15 drops per ounce of carrier oil).
