Become Aromatherapy Blend To Strengthen the Spirit

I designed the Become blend for myself to help clear my mind, uplift my spirit, and promote motivation. It is a blend that I wear on my sleeve very often, and I find that it is the one that others around me ask about the most. Frankincense is well known to be used in religious ceremonies and is associated with a sense of enlightenment and clarity.

Both Lavender and Frankincense have stress relieving properties, and together form a synergy that allows you to relax and just process the world around you. Basil regulates the nervous system and is beneficial for nervousness.

Become is excellent sprinkled on a tissue or a shirt sleeve for inhalation, and is especially beneficial in an aromatherapy diffuser. It can also be blended with a carrier oil for massage (15 drops per ounce of oil), or used with a warm moist compress.
