I originally came up with this blend to help my Mom cope with her incessantly changing moods and body temperature. I have since become addicted myself, and this blend is a favorite of my massage clients, men and women!

It is formulated from pure Essential Oils intended to balance mind and body and provides a cooling effect when mixed with distilled water and sprayed all over the body for instant relief (15 drops per ounce of water). It is perfect after coming inside on a hot day! I have also recently added Vitex agnus castus essential oil for further endocrine and hormone support.

For added cooling benefit Hot Flash! can be mixed with half 100 proof ETOH and half distilled water in a spray bottle and sprayed all over the body. It is also refreshing when stored in the refrigerator.

I sell the pure Essential Oils rather than the mixed sprays so that my customers can save money, reuse one container, and mix batches frequently so that they are potent and fresh. Convo me if you would like me to include a 1 oz. spray bottle.

Of course this oil is great in a room diffuser, sprinkled on a tissue or your sleeve for inhalation, or in a carrier oil for massage (15 drops per oz of oil).

Like all essential oils Hot Flash! should not be applied undiluted to the skin, and you should not use Essential Oils if you are pregnant- especially Clary Sage.
