Ginger Essential Oil
Ginger Essential Oil
The aroma of Ginger is characteristically warm, sweet, woodsy, pungent and spicy. Ginger essential oil smells very much like a fresh Ginger root. The oil gives a soft warming quality to the skin when used with massage oils and it is an excellent remedy for sore, aching muscles.
Ginger is also well known to aid digestion and relieve nausea. While essential oil should not be taken internally, simply smelling this oil on a tissue will have the same effect.
Ginger is also well know to relieve debility from stress and nervous exhaustion.

With every oil that I ship I also include information on about the oil, blending, and its suggested uses.
I use the highest quality essential oils sourced from around the world. I feel that much like wine, essential oils have terroir, and are the most potent therapeutically if they are grown in the part of the world where they have grown for centuries. For this reason the best Frankincense comes from Africa, the best Sandalwood from India... Every batch of essential oils that I sell has been tested by Gas Chromatograph/Mass Spectrometer (GC/MS) to ensure consistent quality.
Like all Essential Oils Ginger can cause contact sensitization if not diluted with a carrier oil.
