The scent of Rosemary is strongly herbaceous and camphor-like, with a hint of clean and refreshing evergreen. This oils works great sprinkled on a tissue, with a warm moist compress, diluted in a carrier oil, or as a few drops in a bath. My particular favorite is to put a drop on my sleeve if I know I have a busy day ahead of me and I want to be alert.

Some therapeutic effects include stimulation of memory. Who couldn't use some help with that! I find that when I use it I can think more clearly, but I don't have the ups and downs caused by coffee.

I use this oil on a tissue and just inhale it from time to time. It also works great in a diffuser, or in a carrier oil it can be massaged on the temples. It only takes a very small amount to begin to feel the stimulating effects.
